- The deadline to register online for this event is October 16, 2013. Registration for the conference can be completed below via Eventbrite or on-site during the conference.
- All participants will be responsible for their travel and hotel costs, in addition to some meals. Conference organizers will provide some lunches, break refreshments, receptions and some continental breakfasts on-site. Recommended conference hotels are listed in detail here. **Cancellation Policy** Should an emergency require a cancellation; a request for cancellation or refund must be submitted to the organizaers in writing via letter, email (email@example.com) or fax (202-994-4930). Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds. Conference fee refunds are made based on the following scale: Up to 1 month prior to the conference (September 17, 2013) – full refund minus $50 processing fee; Less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks prior to the conference (September 17– September 31, 2012) – 50% less $50 processing fee; After 14 days prior to the conference (October 3, 2013) – no refund.
